There are people who have taken ill due to digestive disorders after discovering so from a medical professional. Following treatment with prescribed drugs, most people recover. But some people end up having to live with some form of allergy or reaction which are an offshoot from those digestive disorders. In Chapter 35 of Your Guide to Health, Dr. Clifford Anderson describes several causes, symptoms and treatment of digestive disorders. One of the ailments covered is stomach ulcers. According to ‘Healthline’ stomach ulcers are caused by basically 2 reasons (although there are other factors).
When a patient is treated at the clinic and recovers from ulcers, sometimes they do not know what to do next to stay healthy. There are people who have had Helicobacter infection (H Pylori) that resulted in ulcers, and after recovery, a few months later they relapse into another ulcer attack. There are good bacteria’s and bad bacteria’s in every human beings system. The kind of food we consume can determine which of these bacteria thrive and multiply in our system. Having an understanding of ulcers and digestive disorders in general can help a person make better choices in order to stay healthy.
In my opinion, unwanted bacteria’s can be managed in the system by taking meals which are high in antibiotics whenever there is a need. Some food spice which have natural antibiotics are pepper, garlic, ginger, turmeric etc. Applying this principle of natural healthy living can help one recover for the long term.
